Delivery
- Order by 1pm for same day dispatch
- Orders will be delivered via third-party carriers, including but not limited to Royal Mail, DPD, or equivalent services.
- If you order on a Friday after 9am, your order will be dispatched on the following Monday.
- We do not ship on bank holidays. Orders placed then will be processed the next working day.
- We are not currently shipping outside of the U.K.
Returns and Refunds
- Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe following inspection.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund where goods are not returned in a saleable condition, damaged, unless faulty.
